Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of our Owners Corporation will be held at 6.00 pm on Tuesday 16th October at the Eastlakes Football Club, 3 Oxley Street, Griffith. The Agenda and supporting papers will be distributed shortly. On the Agenda, as usual, will be the election of members to the Executive Committee. Some residents were disturbed on Monday 10th October by a spoken message over the emergency broadcast system. It was only a routine test but the volume was so low the message could barely be heard. We have tested the system and re-set the controls. In the corridors, where the speakers are, the volume is 90 decibels, the maximum legally allowed. Some residents are having trouble with their window screens.
