Correspondence
All requests and complaints, other than matters relating to safety, should be lodged in writing or email, giving sufficient detail for full consideration. The matter will then be dealt with by Bright and Duggan (ACT) as soon as possible; otherwise it will be referred to the Executive Committee for further consideration.
Work Health & Safety (WHS) matters such as reports of hazards should be communicated in the fastest and most expeditious manner possible.
Tenants
Other than for WHS matters, tenants should not normally communicate direct with the Managing Agent. The proper channel for tenants with queries, complaints or suggestions is through their landlord or estate agent. The Managing Agent’s primary responsibility is to the Owners’ Corporation.
