Mailing of Notices

Our Managing Agent, City Strata, is writing to owners and agents drawing their attention to mailing problems often resulting in delays or losses of critical correspondence such as levy notices, and with all the grief that can ensue.  In  City Strata’s considerable experience in these matters, the safest, surest and most efficient and economical manner of despatch is by email and the Executive Committee strongly recommends that owners opt for this service.  When City Strata wrote to owners in late July seeking Strata Roll (Corporate Register) details, a specific question asked for preferred addresses for service of levy notices.  If you haven’t replied, please do so now.  If you’ve misplaced the form, please contact Ash Morgan at City Strata on 02 6156 3305.
