Smoke Detectors

The changeover to daylight saving is often recommended as a good time to replace the battery in your smoke detectors. (Our detectors are connected to the mains 240 v supply but also have a critically important battery back-up.)

It seems that the operating instructions were never supplied to us but you can find them on the internet at : http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/__data/page/2015/smoke_detectors.pdf    It is suggested you print the booklet and retain it with the other documentation for your apartment.
