Please Keep off the Grass!

Flags have been erected to discourage residents from walking on the newly-planted verges.
The grass seeds need a fighting chance to germinate.
In the meantime, please use the corridors opposite the walkways until the new lawns can be established.
And please tell your visitors about this necessity over the next few weeks. We’d appreciate it.

The Annual General Meeting of our Owners Corporation will be held at 6.00 pm on Tuesday 16
th October at the Eastlakes Football Club, 3 Oxley Street, Griffith. The Agenda and supporting papers will be distributed shortly.

Key Gripping Locks

Some residents have been having trouble with their keys being stuck in locks, particularly the garbage room locks. The trick to release the grip is simply to press and hold down the disc around the key hole while withdrawing the key normally.
The discs have worked a little loose over a decade of wear and tear.
