Owners’ Corporation Executive Committee

The Committee is elected at the owners’ Annual General Meeting (AGM). Its members are responsible for the administration of the Apartments and derive their authority from the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011 and the owners themselves, who they represent. Day-to-day operational matters are delegated to the Managing Agent under a contract awarded at the AGM.
