Common Property Christmas Decorations

As the Festive Season is upon us, and for most residents of the complex, we are putting up our Christmas Trees and our decorations. This notice is a friendly reminder though it is the Festive Season, we still need to ensure that the Fire and Safety in the complex are adhered to. Although the Christmas Wreath has been hung on the outside of your doors, please refrain from adding more ornaments and placing them on the common property hallways of your units. You will be asked to remove them, as they are deemed to be fire and safety hazard item on common property. On behalf of the Owners Corporation of Units Plan 3259, we thank you for your cooperation.
