Managing Agent
Under the authority of the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011, the Owners’ Corporation has appointed Blandfordia Real Estate as the Managing Agent for Capital Hill Apartments. The Managing Director and Principal of Blandfordia is John Whiting.

Amongst the qualifications that John holds are Affiliate Memberships of several Real Estate Institutes in Australia and a Certificate IV in Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both NSW and ACT. He is also a B.A. (Hons in Economics), UNSW, and a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FFin).
Blandfordia provides a wide range of Secretarial and Treasury services to the Owners’ Corporation Executive Committee and, in addition, is delegated responsibilities in repair and maintenance and in enforcing the By-Laws and Rules relating to the Units Titles (Management) ACT 2011 to the extent authorised.
Blandfordia does not accept commissions or “incentives” from any of our service providers.
Correspondence
All requests and complaints, other than matters relating to safety, should be lodged in writing or email, giving sufficient detail for full consideration. The matter will then be dealt with by Blandfordia as soon as possible; otherwise it will be referred to the Executive Committee for further consideration.
Work Health & Safety (WHS) matters such as reports of hazards should be communicated in the fastest and most expeditious manner possible.
Tenants
Other than for WHS matters, tenants should not normally communicate direct with the Managing Agent. The proper channel for tenants with queries, complaints or suggestions is through their landlord or estate agent. The Managing Agent's primary responsibility is to the Owners' Corporation.
