This space is provided for members of the Capital Hill Apartment community to advertise items for sale, community gatherings, walking groups etc.

 

Liebherr Refrigerators

Mine has died, the result of the well-known poor ventilation and overheating problem with the installation of these units in our apartments.  Consequently, I have a spare full set of drawers, shelves, etc, so if some of yours are broken or cracked, I may be able to help.  The parts are free to a good home.

Need a Signature Witnessed?

It's often hard to find a Justice of the Peace or other authorised witness when you need to process a document such as a statutory declaration or an affidavit.   David Campbell,  in 205/19, is a Commonwealth Commissioner for Declarations and is able to provide such a service - at no charge, of course.  Call him on 6295 2219 or 0414 942 705.

 

Handy hints of the week!

Caesarstone bench tops have been installed in all the Capital Hill Apartments.  They are a lovely addition to the look of our apartments but they do require a bit of upkeep.  The following link provides a cleaning kit of 1 x 250ml bottle of Caesarstone cream cleaner and 1 x 3m Scotch-Brite Never Scratch All-Purpose Scrubber.
